TRANSIT

Civic Center Station is the closest station to City Hall. Both the Red and Purple Lines stop here. Exit Temple Street; walk east 3 blocks to Main; and turn right. Visitor’s entrance to City Hall is on your right at 200 N Main.

Parking IS FREE WITH THIS PASS

An email to those who RSVP for this event will be provided with a parking pass. You cannot show it on your phone; it must be printed to put on your dashboard (it doesn’t need to be in color.)

Parking entrance is at 201 N Los Angeles Street, between Temple & 1st St – signs and volunteers will be there to guide you.


PUBLIC TRANSIT

City Hall is 5 minutes walk from Civic Center Station, and about 15-20 minutes walk from Union Station. 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Los Angeles City Hall is just off the 101 at the Los Angeles Street exit. IMPORTANT: the parking structure is underground, and located across the street. Parking entrance is on Los Angeles Street between Temple & 1st St. Click here to get Google Maps directions that will take you straight to the parking structure, and follow the instructions printed on your parking pass to get into City Hall.  


ACCESSIBILITY

Los Angeles City Hall and the meeting rooms used for this year’s Congress are all fully accessible. The public entrance at 200 N Main Street – where all Congress attendees must enter – has ramp access. If you need additional assistance, please write us at NCCongress@EmpowerLA.org

Spanish, Korean, and American Sign Language (ASL) language services will be provided at this year’s Congress. Translation for additional languages is gladly provided for any Congress attendee who wishes it. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to request translation services. If you are requesting help with languages other than Spanish, Korean, or ASL, please make your request one (1) week before the event to ensure that services may be arranged.
